2. No affiliation
ASENCA is an independent practice platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to IELTS®, the British Council, or IDP Education Pty Ltd. IELTS® is a registered trademark of its respective owners.
3. AI-generated content
Feedback and band score estimates are produced by AI models and are for practice purposes only. They are indicative and do not guarantee any particular outcome on an official IELTS examination.
4. Acceptable use
You may not share account credentials, resell access, reverse-engineer the platform, or submit content that is unlawful or harmful.
5. Payments
ASENCA plans (Starter, Pro, Intensive) are one-time purchases processed via Gumroad. No subscriptions or recurring charges. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASENCA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
